The three-bedroom house is situated on the west coast, a few miles from Cave Hill (University of the West Indies) and a 20-minute bus ride to Bridgetown, the capital. The house is strategically positioned to take advantage of the constant cool breeze from the valley below. It has a long driveway, large garden and ample parking, fully furnished and very secured. Brighton, Brandons, Batts Bay, Fresh Water Bay are your local beaches. The beaches are great for sun bathing and relaxing. On most of the beaches deck chairs are available for a small fee. The water is very calm and is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Separate areas are reserved for children to play and swim. Many activities are available such as, surfing, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, beach cricket and volleyball. Many well-known attractions such as Harrison's Cave, Pelican Craft Centre, Earthworks Pottery and Gallery, Mount Gay and Malibu centres are 15 to 20 minutes drive away. For the cricket and golf fanatics, the famous Oval cricket ground, the prestigious Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland Golf courses are less than 20minutes by car. The local shopping complex with its supermarket, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, laundrette and take-away shops are 10 minutes walk away. About the accommodation The house can comfortably accommodate as many as seven people. It is located in Clermont, St Michael and is a 20-minute drive from the capital, Bridgetown. Holetown in St James is a similar distance for shopping and supermarket facilities. It is a traditional 'Bajan' bungalow, recently decorated with a new completely fitted kitchen. Newly tiled shower rooms, dining table and deluxe furniture.
